I specifically remember the first thing we chatted about as I walked into this hospital room to meet this couple's beautiful new baby girl.

Sleep.  Or lack there-of.

This new mama mentioned how they didnt sleep, at all, that first night. And I think they were both a little worried about looking tired. My thoughts on that are: A.) new parents always look more radiant than they think, because they are bursting with joy. And B.) you just had a BABY! You deserve these photos, and you deserve to look tired and not worry about it.

I think she looks pretty perfect.

Beckham | Fort Worth Baby Photographer

Baby B had his one year birthday several months ago, but I just couldn't not share his photos. I met this baby boy in the hospital when he was barely a day old, so getting to see him and spend time with his parents again was a big-time treat. They are precious, and fun, and sweet, and so in love with their little guy. Spending the morning with them didn't feel like work...more like catching up with old friends :)

Emersyn Noelle | Fort Worth Birth Photography

When I arrived at the birthing center the morning of baby Emersyn's birth, her dad was downstairs at his car grabbing some snacks for his laboring wife. I had never met him, so I walked up and stuck out my hand with a big smile and introduced myself, expecting him to be a little nervous and frazzled. Instead, I was greeted with an equally big grin and a hug. And the morning-and the rest of the day-was just like this...calm and peaceful, with lots of excitement in the air. Such a representation of the kind of couple these two are. Their midwife was wonderful, and both grandmas made it in town in time for Emersyn's arrival as well. Just a sweet, sweet day all around.
